Fruit Fool
A sweet and healthy treat for you & your kid
[Serves four]
INGREDIENTS
180g plain yoghurt
Sweetener (honey or maple syrup) to taste
2 ripe bananas, sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
10 raspberries
8 strawberries, chopped finely
METHOD
1. Mix yoghurt and sweetener.
2. Arrange fruits in a serving bowl and pour the yoghurt over it.
3. Chill for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
