HAIR SUPPLY
Your crowning glory needs all the pampering it can get if you stress your tresses with harsh colours, searing styling tools and bright sunshine…
First Draft
Try this wacky celebrity secret to add lustre to your locks - actress Catherine Zeta Jones confessed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that her long shiny tresses are due in part to regular beer rinses.
The malt proteins in beer are said to help rebuild and repair dry and damaged hair, while the extra body and shine comes from vitamin B and natural sugar. Once a month after shampooing, wash your hair with a can of warm flat beer, then rinse with lukewarm water. So the next time you can’t finish that pint, you know what to do with the leftovers, just steer clear of beers with strong odours!
